EPAM Center of Excellence Program for Universities 

EPAM’s Center of Excellence (CoE) is a “train the trainer” program designed to equip faculty members to teach students real-world skills along with their academic curriculum. The program involves training faculty members from various educational institutions in five streams: Java, .NET, Front-end, Test Automation as well as Cloud and DevOps to help students be industry ready.

High-performing students identified through the assessment tests and requisite training get the chance to be part of EPAM’s professional talent pool. We also provide opportunities for the rest of the students to write the qualifying test, enabling inclusive growth and career progression.  This is a unique program that engages students and faculty members from several reputed academic institutes across India.
