Social Responsibility

Our Corporate Social Responsibility pillars are Education, Environment, Social Innovation and Community. Here are some of our key initiatives:

eKids Program

Through our eKids Program, we provide access to high quality computing education for students from under-represented communities. More than 12,000 students have been part of the eKids Program across India.

Women in Tech

We have been providing IT industry exposure visits for young women to interact with EPAM #WomenInTech and the leadership team. Recently, 40+ women under the care of the Women & Child Welfare Department, Government of Telangana State visited the EPAM Hyderabad office.

myUDAAN

We have supported myUDAAN, a tech-based social enterprise working to improve information accessibility in public places and providing mobility solutions for people with disabilities.

Vocational Training

EPAM India has set up vocational training centers in Hyderabad to empower women by helping them build new skills and facilitating various opportunities to become financially self-sufficient.
