Delivering an Omnichannel Digital Platform: SAP Commerce + AEM

EPAM delivered omnichannel commerce solutions (B2C and B2E) including web, mobile and point of sale across multiple brands for a leading retail company. The team also implemented a loyalty program to synchronize user profile data (discounts, loyalty points, etc.) as well as provided testing and post-launch support services.

Helping to Transform Clinical Development

Since 2017, EPAM has been providing a health information technology and clinical research company with various digital services, including the development of the cloud-based SaaS solution for adaptive trial design, enhancement of the clinical trial risk monitoring solution built on Salesforce, and implementation of MuleSoft’s Anypoint Platform to integrate the master data system with clinical trial and research management systems.

A well-known retail company asked EPAM to assist with the enablement of marketing campaigns for multiple brands and countries, including Belgium, the Czech Republic, Romania, Greece and more. By implementing Service Cloud and Marketing Cloud with MuleSoft, EPAM helped the customer to achieve personalized marketing campaigns, real-time management of customer experience, and smart engagement with clients.

Enabling Data Access as an Enterprise Capability

EPAM helped a leading global payments and technology company implement enterprise-wide data privacy regulation changes according to the EU’s General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and other country specific global compliance laws.​ The solution was integrated into the existing application suite that included 60+ products. EPAM covered the program's complexity across multiple geographies and won the client’s CEO Award.

Building a Virtual Banking Product

An APAC global bank engaged EPAM to help build the backend of its virtual banking solution for its small and medium consumer base in the countries of the South Asian region. EPAM architects and engineers helped build a microservices-based, resilient distributed solution to successfully support the various virtual banking scenarios. It enabled delightful digital onboarding and banking experiences for the customers.

American Healthcare Technology Company: Patient Education Platform

The EPAM team successfully built and shipped a cloud-based multi-tenant healthcare educational platform for an American healthcare technology company. The platform is used by healthcare providers to assign video content to patients and includes a portal to manage the content assignments. It can be integrated with electronic health record systems as a SMART on FHIR app or can be used as a standalone application.
