Srinivas Reddy is a Senior Vice President (SVP) and Head of EPAM India, where he is responsible for global delivery and the portfolio of business in the region.

Mr. Reddy joined EPAM in 2015 as part of EPAM’s acquisition of Alliance Global Services, a Philadelphia-based software product development company. Since then, he has driven EPAM India’s growth while building high-performance teams in Data, AI, Digital, Cloud and Quality Engineering. Under his leadership, India has evolved into a strategic location for EPAM, consistently delivering differentiated engineering services to global clients. He also oversees strategy and enablement for business towards GCCs and strategic accounts to accelerate AI-led transformation offerings in the region.

Having worked for more than ten years in the United States and 20+ years in India, Mr. Reddy has extensive experience working with global customers in various delivery models.

Mr. Reddy holds a bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering from NIT in Surathkal, India, and a master’s degree in mechanical engineering from the Stevens Institute of Technology in New Jersey, USA.
