Srinivas Reddy is Managing Director at EPAM Systems in India.

Mr. Reddy joined EPAM in 2015 as part of EPAM’s acquisition of Alliance Global Services, a Philadelphia-based software product development company. Since then, he has driven EPAM India’s growth while building high-performance teams in Cloud, Data, Digital and Quality Engineering. Under his leadership, India’s growing team has contributed to building a borderless delivery organization helping global clients remain adaptive and competitive. Having worked for more than ten years in the United States and 20+ years in India, Mr. Reddy has extensive experience working with global customers in various delivery models.

Mr. Reddy holds a bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering from NIT in Surathkal, India, and a master’s degree in mechanical engineering from the Stevens Institute of Technology in New Jersey, USA.
