Santhosh Madiraju is a Senior Director of Human Resources at EPAM Systems, Inc. in India.

Mr. Madiraju has 24 years of diverse experience leading the HR function in- the product/services technology space. He has held senior leadership roles and has extensive experience designing and establishing HR systems, talent management and leading change efforts. He oversaw two mergers and acquisitions and was the strategic lead for multiple organization transitions.

Mr. Madiraju is also a Gallup-Certified Strengths coach and an MBTI, Social Styles and Neuro-Leadership Results Coach practitioner. He loves to use strengths-based psychology to coach leaders, managers and teams.

Mr. Madiraju has a Ph.D. in Social Sciences from the University of Glasgow (U.K.) and was awarded British Chevening Fellowship for his doctoral studies.
