As a Supply and Trading SME within our Oil & Gas Business Consulting practice, you will lead efforts to help clients improve their trading organizations and help leverage EPAM’s world-class software engineering and product development teams.

Description
As a Supply and Trading SME within our Oil & Gas Business Consulting practice, you will lead efforts to help clients improve their trading organizations and help leverage EPAM’s world-class software engineering and product development teams.

What You’ll Do
- Define, develop, and drive the execution of EPAM supply and trading projects
- Help identify and pursue EPAM supply and trading project opportunities
- Understand deal profitability and risk exposure
- Facilitate organization design and role-mapping activities to support process and organizational changes
- Determine technology needs and leverage EPAM’s technical teams
- Demonstrate executive presence and team facilitation skills
- Contribute to practice growth and development for EPAM through involvement with professional organizations, conference attendance, white papers, and any marketing activities aligning with EPAM’s goals
- Identify new business development opportunities
What You Have
- More than eight (8) years of relevant experience in an established consulting firm environment. A blend of consulting and industry is also acceptable. This experience must include leading supply and trading improvement initiatives and related business development
- More than four (4) years providing subject matter expertise and leadership of supply and trading transformation programs
- Viewed as an expert in O&G supply and trading; understands and speaks confidently; keeps current on trends within emerging technology, best practices and policies, uses broad base of experience to advise clients on supply and trading best practices
- Firm understanding of risk management
- Knowledge of Agile and Design Thinking methodologies
- Bachelor's degree. MBA or Master's degree preferred
