  • Create New Profile Request in UPSA with workplace assignment
  • Assist on-board and off-board programs for APAC offices
  • Ensure workstation availability and readiness and create welcome environment for newcomers
  • Prepare Labor Contract, and Request Office Badge
  • Conduct Background Check for APAC offices
  • Update of Benefit Portal
  • Some other admin tasks which manager may request from time to time


  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources/ Legal/ Accounting/ Business Administration or related majors
  • At least 01 year at similar position
  • Advanced level of English in 4 skills
  • Able to learn quickly and display initiative
  • Desired interpersonal skills: Careful, detail oriented, accurate

Nice to have

  • Experience in Software companies or multinational working environment
  • Ability to speak other languages will be advantage
