Currently we are looking for a Manager: industrial 4.0/ IOT for our Amsterdam office to make the team even stronger.


  • Bachelor or master’s degree from a top-tier university with consistent outstanding academic and managerial or professional achievement
  • 4+ years of IT companies or digital start-ups, for example, or consulting experience, preferably in one of key operations areas, such as product development, service operation or manufacturing
  • Proven track record and expertise in defining and implementing digital strategies across all stage of the value chain within the industrial 4.0/IOT; Having work experience in b2b (smart buildings & factories) or/and b2c (smart home) IOT is preferred
  • Initiative taker, eager to break new ground, create opportunities for others
  • Mobile and excited to take on longer international assignments
  • Passion for understanding technologies and emerging technologies trend with practical insight into where those technologies can be integrated into business solutions
  • Enable to work with clients and EPAM senior leaders translate their digital vision into a prioritized set of value-rich opportunities and help determine how clients can be set up for success in a digital world; enable to work on business model is plus
  • Willing to travel up to 75%
  • Preferred location: Germany, UK or the Netherlands
  • English a must with a second European language (German, Dutch or French)
