Ms. Tharamal joined EPAM in December 2025 as the Head of People for India. In this strategic role, she leads the region’s People function, focusing on talent management, organizational effectiveness and fostering a high-performance culture that aligns with EPAM’s global vision. She is responsible for driving people strategies that support business growth, employee engagement and leadership development across the organization.

Over the course of her career spanning more than two decades, Ms. Tharamal has been a key partner to business leaders in navigating complex organizational transformations and building inclusive work environments. 

Before joining EPAM, she served as a Director of Human Resources at Dell Technologies for over two decades, where she played a pivotal role in shaping their people strategic initiatives. Her extensive experience includes managing large-scale people operations and driving talent agendas for global technology firms.

Ms. Tharamal is a seasoned HR professional with a deep commitment to developing people and a high-performance culture. She holds a postgraduate degree in Human Resources Management from Symbiosis Institute of Management Studies.
