Mahesh Patil leads EPAM India’s GCC Business Unit and strategic partnerships across the region. With over 30 years of industry experience, Mahesh has a proven track record in business development, P&L ownership, pre-sales, and relationship management.

A key focus of Mahesh’s current charter is enabling global capability centers to accelerate their next-generation, AI-led transformation journeys. He brings deep expertise in helping clients set up and scale GCCs through BOT and cost-plus models, and now partners closely with organizations to embed AI capabilities across their enterprise operations.

Mahesh holds a bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from the Gogte Institute of Technology, Belgaum. He is also passionate about contributing to social impact initiatives beyond the workplace.
