responsibilities
- Lead the development of master data rules, procedures, and governance for Tibco EBX platform
- Apply data governance principles to ensure efficient processes and consistent data flows to business and stakeholders
- Implement and configure the data model within MDM based on logical models defined by analysts and data governance teams
- Drive data conversion and initial load of data in MDM according to the profiling strategy set by the data governance team
- Share knowledge and expertise with team members
- Guide the design and implementation of features, services, and prototypes
requirements
- At least 8 to 12 years of experience in the field
- Proven experience as an EBX Lead with Spring Batch experience
- Ability to quickly understand existing architecture and workflows and lead teams for multiple platforms
- Experience building MDM capabilities to support company-wide digital transformation
- Strong understanding of data governance principles and how they can be applied in Tibco EBX
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Experience in Helathcare domain is preferred.
