Looking for an exceptional Compensation and Benefits specialist to drive the total rewards strategy including development and implementation, for EPAM India ensuring Compliance of all the applicable local laws. The incumbent should have a strong hold on Statutory and Compliance pertaining to local laws and should have an excellent acumen to design and implement strategies aligned with the local laws and best practices in the Industry. This role plays a critical part in managing EPAM’s compensation and Benefits strategy and requires a progressive, data driven, customer-oriented Human Resources Leader who will have responsibility for supporting Human Capital at EPAM India with below mentioned key responsibilities:
Responsible for the design, implementation, and ongoing evaluation of the organization's compensation and benefits programs, including base pay, incentive pay, health and welfare benefits.
To Work with the leadership team to ensure that compensation and benefits programs support the organization's business objectives and meet all legal requirements
To work closely with line management and leadership teams and other functional areas to proactively address business issues related to total rewards strategy and compensation. Provides timely analysis and reporting to leaders on critical measurements.
Develop and continually advance Reward strategies to align with differing segment business strategy and ensure the right mix and offerings are available to attract and retain an innovative, high calibre workforce.
Responsible for designing, developing, implementing total rewards strategy including Managing Salary Processing, Preparing Salary Increments workings, Designing Bonuses and Benefits plans
Develop and implement a comprehensive communication strategy for total rewards programs
To participate in market studies to benchmark practices, policies and compensation levels and develop the C&B positioning and policy to ensure market competitiveness for EPAM India
Continually Review the C&B structure and refine it to ensure tax advantage for associates, ensure compliance with regulations.
To carry out Job evaluation, design and implement Compensation and Benefits for the unique jobs, assess and manage the Salary bands ensuring right grouping of jobs and internal equity.
To prepare and track the annual budget for HR
Responsible for Leave Management system and its administration ensuring reconciliation to required Payroll inputs
To assist the Director – HR with designing rewards linked to Performance Review
To manage and track associates compensation and Benefits related costs ensuring the costs are well within the range of the budgeted amount.
To ensure compliance with all applicable labor Legislation and effectively manage compensation to meet the business objectives.
Manage all the statutory and Compliance related reporting and keep HR function audit ready at all times on this aspect. Drives compliance according to set standards and handle Statutory/Standards Audits including Quality audit that company participates.
To ensure all policies and procedures are updated and compliant with the local laws
To Validate all contracts of employment for permanent and contract positions
Interface and lead interactions with Global Compensation team to front end all the compensation and benefits related initiatives rolled out globally
Works towards Retention and incentives, to strategize and achieve retention goals set for the organization through effective compensation and Benefits Strategy
To work with Business Units and Key stakeholders on Rewards, Salary increments, Variable payouts

MBA-HR from leading Universities and B Schools
12+ years of experience in HR with minimum 7 yrs in C&B
Certification in Compensation and Benefits
Certification or Degree in Statistics will be an added advantage
Deep understanding of Total Rewards Framework – C&B, Environment, Development
Knowledge of compensation design and implementation. e.g. Pay Philosophy, Pay Approach, Pay Parity, pay Positioning, Pay Delivery, Pay Mix etc.
Strong background in managing compensation processes, good understanding of business/market, must have excellent communication/influencing and consulting abilities
Good understanding of HR policies and processes with great acumen to interpret and align to compensation and benefits strategy
Demonstrated strong analytical, problem solving, strategic thinking, experience working with HR systems and decision-making skills
With experience handling multiple tasks and projects simultaneously while achieving results on time
Proven experience of working with multiple stakeholders
Passion to drive initiatives on own and takes bottom line responsibility & accountability
