We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Middle Java Developer with 4+ years of professional experience to join our remote team. As a Middle Java Developer, you will work independently, leveraging your strong expertise in Java development and a solid understanding of the typical tech stack used in this role.

responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain Java applications using Spring Boot, demonstrating a strong command of Spring Cloud for building scalable and resilient microservices
    • Take ownership of the PCF pipeline, managing deployments and ensuring smooth operation
      • Possess a fundamental knowledge of Docker and Kubernetes, enabling effective scaling and management of applications
        • Apply secure coding practices to ensure the integrity and confidentiality of sensitive data throughout the development process
          • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, propose technical solutions, and deliver high-quality code that meets project objectives
            • Foster a culture of collaboration and knowledge sharing, promoting the adoption of pair programming practices within the team
              • Utilize basic Linux command-line knowledge to navigate logs and troubleshoot issues efficiently
                requirements
                • 4+ years of professional experience as a Java Developer, demonstrating strong proficiency in Java development
                  • Extensive experience in developing microservices using Spring Cloud
                    • Knowledge and understanding of PCF or a willingness to quickly learn and adapt to PCF for managing the deployment pipeline
                      • Fundamental knowledge of Docker and Kubernetes for scalable application deployment and orchestration
                        • Strong understanding and implementation of secure coding practices to ensure data protection
                          • Familiarity with Git for version control and Jenkins for continuous integration and deployment
                            • Basic knowledge of Linux operating systems and command-line tools for log analysis and issue diagnosis
                              • B2+ English level for effective communication and collaboration with remote teams and stakeholders
