We are currently looking for Marketing and Employer Branding leader in India for our offices in multiple locations & Remote working.

We are looking for experienced Director to work on critical application & product development. You'll be a part of a modern, lean, self-governing engineering teams.

Responsibilities

  • Own the development and implementation of EPAM India’s Employee Value Proposition and Employer Brand
    • Collaborate with our local and global employee engagement teams to ensure alignment between internal employee programs and messages and our approach to the external talent marketplace
      • Drive a regional talent engagement strategy and build a premier and differentiated candidate experience using innovative marketing tools
        • Craft a regional brand activation strategy and messaging architecture, ensuring an appropriate balance between global consistency and local relevancy
          • Develop innovative tactics, campaign ideas and collateral assets to support key messaging
            • Devise the optimal channel selection, using a range of global platforms and ensuring an appropriate mix of locally relevant channels
              • Partner with our corporate brand marketing, diversity and inclusion, and internal communications teams to craft and effectively execute campaigns and design concepts
                • Partner with Global and local TA marketing professionals to share best practices, ensure alignment on global priorities, messaging and brand, while assisting in driving local activities, as needed
                  • Quickly gain an understanding of our industry, business and project objectives
                    • Create, maintain and present project plans
                      • Analyze and prioritize project activities and stakeholder needs, while establishing realistic deadlines
                        • Define and track measures of success to effectively measure regional TA Marketing ROI and business impact
                          • Manage internal team workflow and task assignments
                            • Collaborate with the Global Marketing, Communications and Talent Marketing teams to problem solve and execute project challenges while delivering on time and on budget
                              • Have a “can-do” attitude that fosters a positive productive working environment, especially in stressful or pressured situations
                                • Thrive in an entrepreneurial environment and provide hands-on troubleshooting and best available solutions.

                                  Requirements

                                  • Minimum of a Post Graduate Degree in related field
                                    • Deep understanding of modern digital platforms and channels including mobile, social and events
                                      • 15+ years’ experience in employer branding, talent acquisition marketing or related consulting
                                        • Strong understanding of the technology/consulting recruiting function
                                          • Experience with metrics and measurement and ability to tell story with data and drive results
                                            • Ability to work with and manage internal stakeholders
                                              • Ability to remain flexible and responsive when faced with multiple urgent requests
                                                • Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced and challenging environment
                                                  • Demonstrate versatility, conviction, and a commitment to outstanding client service
                                                    • Passion for design and creative problem solving
                                                      • Must be results and detail-oriented and be able to juggle multiple priorities in order to meet deadlines
                                                        • Motivation, decisiveness, organizational skills, efficiency and dedication

                                                          Nice to have

                                                          • Experience with journey mapping and service design is a plus
                                                            • Background with storytelling and influencer marketing experience is a plus
                                                              • Startup talent building experience a plus
