Heroes Portal

Our Heroes Portal is an easy and effective way to recognize individual EPAMers’ talent and instantly reward their efforts and achievements. Any EPAM employee can choose from over 50 Heroes badges to send to a colleague, teammate or friend.

Appreciation Week

Launched in June 2017, Appreciation Week is dedicated to recognizing the efforts of EPAMers and expressing gratitude by sharing badges through Heroes. Throughout the week, each day has a different theme and EPAMers share fun badges with their peers, managers and team. Appreciation Week helps reinforce our culture of recognition and EPAMers use this opportunity to take time to thank their colleagues. There was overwhelming participation during Appreciation Week and close to 2,015 badges were shared in a matter of five days. The initiative was widely welcomed by associates.
