Tell us about yourself.
My name is Darshini Bhakthavatsala. I like to analyze issues, get to the root of problems and find the actual reason for the challenge. I love understanding systems, which enables me to use my analytical skills. I am fond of agile and I am agile even by nature as well. I believe in adapting to change and embracing it. At EPAM, I am a Software Test Engineer and also one of the active members of the agile community. I love traveling, meeting new people and living my life to the fullest.
How did you become an engineer?
I was fond of programming during school and chose engineering in information science and technology. I graduated from an engineering college in Bangalore, and then started my EPAM career and now work as a Software Test Engineer. Even though I didn't choose to be a test engineer when the opportunity came along, I molded my skills to fit the job.
What brought you to EPAM?
As a fresher, I was looking for jobs and came across a job opportunity with EPAM. I felt it was a great opportunity to work at a company with a multi-cultural environment. That is how I became an EPAMer!
What do you like most about working here?
We have so many events and communities at EPAM and I love how we have access to various knowledge areas where you can learn. At EPAM, you are always recognized for your work and commitment.
