What You’ll Do
- Creating user stories to support a front-end web application, analyze documentation and transform into deliverable requirements - both functional and non-functional
- Can act as a Product Owner for components of a large front-end application: Managing the backlog and sprint (while working with the dev team in understanding capacity)
- Assess documentation interview stakeholders
- Can perform smoke testing on user stories
- Organize and create data flows and conceptual diagrams
What You Have
- BS degree in an associated field or other advanced certification along with equivalent experience
- Strong experience in requirement gathering and the writing of Epics and User Stories related to UX/UI for Wealth Management and Financial Advisor user groups
- Creating user stories to support a front-end web application, analyze documentation and transform into deliverable requirements - both functional and non-functional
- Can act as a Product Owner for components of a large front-end application: Managing the backlog and sprint (while working with the dev team in understanding capacity)
- Identify, Manage, and Interview stakeholders and expectations, including new functionality requests, inquiries, and reported issues
- Strong Experience in Product Management – Backlog Management: grooming, prioritizing, planning, assigning, change management, & product roadmap
- Can perform smoke testing on user stories
- Experience with design led thinking – working with various design methods such as user journeys, wireframes, prototypes. Organize and create data flows and conceptual diagrams
- Domain is financial services or wealth management, but it is all around data ingestion transformation and processing. Taxonomies
- Experience in organizing business analysis at the outset of a project
- Experience in gathering and formalization/regulation of requirements
- Experience in modeling and analysis of business processes as well as in creating system prototypes and user interfaces
- Significant experience with Agile methodologies: running sprint ceremonies and performing sprint demos
- Strong communication skills
- Advanced level of English
- Creative approach to problem-solving
- Analytical and critical thinking
Nice to have
- Familiar with CSS
- Familiar with HTML and Javascript
- Experience to work in multi-cultural, multi-functional work environment
- Experience to work remotely with stakeholders from several time zones
- Technical background helps but not at all essential
- Ability to understand and speak Polish language helps but not at all essential
