Responsibilities

  • Support the growth of our Employee Referral Program with a focus on candidate interaction and experience
  • Responsible for pre-screening global referrals with varied junior skillsets that are ramping up to be considered for positions in North America
  • Keep accurate records on referrals based on various criteria including skills, target position, location preferences, visa status, technical interview score, etc
  • Partner with recruiting teams as needed to provide candidates for junior hiring initiatives
  • Work with your manager to maintain the referral pipeline, on excellent candidate experience and engagement for future opportunities
  • Show an attention to detail as it relates to data quality, tool usage, and reports
  • Meet agreed-upon referral SLAs as developed by your manager
  • Be an Employee Referral Program advocate!

Requirements

  • 1+ years of experience working in a Talent Acquisition organization; preferably in a recruiting, operations, or administrative perspective
  • Customer service oriented, strong communication skills, and the ability to create a strong candidate experience
  • A detail oriented, well organized work ethic that allows you to multi-task while simultaneously acting with a sense of urgency
  • Strong written and verbal English communication skills are required
  • Knowledge of work visa requirements for US and Canada is preferred but not required
  • Excellent follow up and time management skills – must be a go-getter
  • Must be self-motivated and dependable
  • Ability to succeed in a fast-paced, high demand environment, think critically, and adapt quickly to changing processes
  • Intermediate experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams. Preferred: Zoho Recruit
