What You’ll Do

  • Manually test the new features at the end of the Sprints and prior to production release, before automating the tests
  • Design and develop test automation for web services and APIs
  • Maintain and optimize existing test cases
  • Develop and run web performance tests
  • Execute and report test results
  • Collaborate with other teams who are responsible for software engineering
  • Collaborate with other testing teams for knowledge sharing and technology unification

What You Have

  • A degree in an associated field and/or other advanced certification along with significant experience
  • 5+ years of experience with test automation using Java
  • Good Java coding skills
  • Experience with Selenium and Web Services Test Automation Tools
  • Experience with JMeter is a big plus
  • Good understanding of Git Flow development techniques (branching, pull requests, etc.)
  • Good understanding of modern Web protocols (REST, HTTP)
  • Good verbal and written English skills (B2 or higher), comfortable to collaborate in English-speaking work environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
