The ideal candidate will have a thorough understanding of Business Information and Digital Technologies and act as a subject-matter expert for EPAM and our clients in this vertical. What You’ll Do

  • Act as a subject matter expert within Account Management for Business Information projects
  • Provide solutions and strategies to complex business problems derived from in-depth knowledge of the client’s organizational objectives and EPAM deliverables
  • Develop and cultivate relationships between the client, internal teams, BU heads, and internal/external partners to maximize the growth of a client portfolio
  • Align with the EPAM Account Management team and Senior Leadership to co-develop and support account plans and strategies for delivery, growth, and client satisfaction
  • Serve as the engagement architect, ensuring a regular cadence is in place to monitor, review, and update account plans and strategies
  • Work directly with the clients’ product, marketing, and/or IT teams to position engagements and EPAM for success
  • Understand the intersection between technology, customers, and business
  • Act in a consultative capacity while leading Business Transformation, Product Strategy, and Road mapping
  • Stay abreast of current and emerging trends, unique opportunities, and challenges of the markets and geographies as they relate to the clients’ operations, audience, and business initiatives
  • Responsible for properly shaping, scoping, and pricing engagements to establish optimal operating models and project team organization
  • Drive revenue within a client portfolio while accelerating opportunities to influence and sell-in end-to-end EPAM services
  • Support sales/pre-sales activities, assess opportunities, respond to RFP’s, create proposals and presentations, establish relationships with clients and prospective clients, and help to close/sign new deals
  • Draft Contracts & execute the lifecycle in CRM from unqualified opportunities to sale
  • Delve into insights (proprietary intranet,, LinkedIn etc.) based on instructions from the AM team
  • Run P&L reporting
  • Own document management in AM repository
  • Oversee resource onboarding and keep Account Primer updated
  • Conduct team & delivery surveys and drive compliance
  • Update TNI (training need identification) based on inputs from delivery leads and AM team
  • Track actionable next steps from meeting notes with clients, our partner alliances, internal teams
  • Update Kanban & maintain team vacation calendar
  • Prepare case studies
  • Consolidate account-wide strategy inputs, heat maps
  • Update relationship maps – clients’ involuntary exits, new pursuits
  • Use proprietary email/ scheduler, check client availability and book meetings
  • Conduct team events (when feasible), book travel, monitor expenses, etc

What You Have

  • Minimum of 7 years’ experience demonstrating a track record for developing and growing client relationships
  • Experience leading teams delivering end-to-end solutions within the Business Information space such as legal, publishing, financial services and healthcare
  • Experience in areas such as Governance, Risk Management and Compliance Management
  • Ability to operate strategically to ensure delivery of client initiatives, and tactically to support the efforts of your team
  • Portfolio experience of accounts with at least $10-$20M annual revenue OR have been responsible for single account of $10-$20M annual revenue
  • Experience with significantly growing prospects
  • Experience with mixed level of complexity including high complexity due to growth, # of geographies and complex offerings
  • Experience working in a global delivery model along with a track record of leading and developing teams
  • Ability to operate strategically to ensure delivery of client initiatives, and tactically to support the efforts of your team
  • Strong digital knowledge with an emphasis on strategy, consulting, team management, and product development
  • Proven ability to successfully manage client engagements in high stress scenarios
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Strong negotiation skills
