What You’ll Do

  • Engage with potential clients, articulate EPAM value proposition, generate quality leads and set meetings for joint follow-up with the Field Sales team. Typical targets will be CXOs, VPs, and Directors of IT as well as non-IT business executives
  • Generate new business leads and assist in shaping consulting engagements, focusing on both new and existing clients
  • Build internal network and relationship, including management, practices and account teams; get up to speed on EPAM’s history, key value propositions and experience
  • Help position EPAM as a trusted partner with decision makers in potential and existing client organizations
  • Assist in building account and pursuit plans
  • Assist in identifying, articulating, orchestrating and winning multi-discipline technology services deals
  • Assist in qualifying and driving complex RFP/RFI responses
  • Manage your activity in CRM

What You Have

  • Several years’ experience of successful, high-energy B2B sales in a measured environment selling to enterprise customers
  • Solid understanding of technology services sales process to enterprise clients including direct experience in qualifying leads
  • A highly driven, self-motivated mind-set
  • Demonstrated track record of prospecting, marketing, presales, lead sourcing and shaping new business via consultative and collaborative multi-discipline team approach
  • Good understanding of industry trends and ability to drive positive change in the Retail, Financial Services, CPG and Telco industries via the latest technology solutions in Digital, Commerce, Big Data, Analytics, Core Software Engineering, Legacy Modernization, Dev Ops, Agile, Automation and more
  • Familiar with using CRM for sales activity tracking
  • Ability to work with alliance partners to jointly drive sales initiatives
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills required
