How did you become an engineer?
After completing my engineering degree, I joined a manufacturing company as a graduate engineer trainee. During this training period, I had the chance to work in the R&D department leveraging software, building better systems, increasing time-to-market and improving predictability. Various events in my life provided me with the opportunity to join a major software company, where after rigorous yet enjoyable training, I entered the world of software development and engineering.
What brought you to EPAM?
Over the years in my previous roles, I had the opportunity to work with great people, be led by truly inspirational leaders and build business-critical systems with a constant focus on excellence. Working with an amazing group of people helped me learn more. When I was interviewed and asked to join EPAM, I realized I would be able to broaden my horizons, be involved in exciting transformation engagements, work with dedication and contribute to the overall success of the business.
